51MSK respects copyright, trademark, image and other rights. Material with unclear authorization or verified infringement may be hidden or removed while communication and review continue.

2. What to include in a notice

1. Your name or company, valid contact information and email address.
2. The complete URL or a clear page location for the disputed content.
3. The right claimed, together with ownership or authorization evidence.
4. An explanation connecting the protected work to the disputed content.
5. Authorization documents when an agent submits the notice.
6. A good-faith statement confirming that the notice and supporting materials are accurate and may be used to process the complaint.

3. Review process

We review the URL, rights evidence and page content. Where the notice is sufficiently complete, we will take prompt action such as removal, replacement, disabling access or unlinking, and reply with the outcome. Incomplete or disputed claims may require additional information.

4. Response from content providers

A party who believes removed content was authorized, lawful or mistakenly identified may submit an explanation and supporting evidence to the same email address for review and possible restoration.

5. Preventing abuse

Knowingly false, misleading or abusive notices may cause loss and legal liability. Submit notices only for rights you are entitled to assert and keep your contact information available for follow-up.

6. Personal information

Notice materials are used only for rights disputes, security review and necessary legal processes. Complainant contact details are not published and are retained only as reasonably necessary.
